Class Styles
✨ Vinyasa Flow – Move with Breath
A dynamic, fluid practice linking movement and breath. Expect creative sequencing, mindful alignment, and a balance of strength and stretch. Perfect for cultivating energy, focus, and flow.
✨ Yin Yoga – Deep Release, Inner Stillness
A slow, meditative practice with poses held for several minutes to release deep tension in the connective tissues. Supports flexibility, joint health, and emotional release.
✨ Yoga Nidra – The Art of Deep Rest
A guided meditation journey that takes you into a state between waking and sleeping. Supports nervous system regulation, stress relief, and profound relaxation.

Experience the healing resonance of quartz crystal singing bowls at the end of selected classes. The sound vibrations deepen relaxation, enhance meditation, and leave you feeling harmonised.
